OPML to HTML

I made this to simplify the process of updating my podroll and blogroll lists.

It outputs one link per entry pointing at the website, not the feed, so private feed URLs tied to paid subscriptions never end up on the page. Entries where no public website can be determined are listed in a comment at the end of the output so I can fill them in by hand.
